Returns
We allow our customers to return their items within 30 days of the product receipt for a refund or an exchange for defective items. Please make sure to all your items for defects before use. Items cannot be returned in used condition. Once a skateboard has been assembled, its parts cannot be returned or exchanged. To initiate a return, you need to get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) by contacting us through e- or phone. All products being returned need to be in new and unused condition to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued if a product is returned without authorization. Your refund does not include shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs for returning their item. No returns accepted on International orders, unless product defective. NO Skateboard deck is completely guaranteed. Once the deck has been installed, used, or griptaped, it cannot be returned or refunded. Only the following situations are accepted for return: No other warranty is expressed or implied. 1. Board delimitation 2. Board warping 3. Poor workmanship (improper placement of truck holes) International orders : You, the customer, will have to pay custom duties and taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) on the items you purchase; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Back in 2001, our focus was selling entry-level and pro-model skateboards, but recently we’ve geared more towards longboards. We carry a variety of longboard shapes that tailor to all riding styles. Whether you plan to cruise by the beach or bomb some hills, we’ve got you covered.
Saving shouldn't mean sacrificing quality and we agree with that 100%. We stand behind our products and are here to help if you have any questions. We currently carry longboards, skateboards, and mini cruisers and are still in the process of adding new items, so come back and us out again when you have the chance! In addition, we also carry blank decks, trucks, bearings, wheels, griptape, hardware, and safety equipment.
