Items cannot be returned in used condition. Once a skateboard has been assembled, its parts cannot be returned or exchanged. To initiate a return, you need to get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) by contacting us through e- or phone. All products being returned need to be in new and unused condition to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued if a product is returned without authorization.
