Q: Can I get combined shipping?
A: Yes you can. Simply click on the "See all details" link or the "Shipping and payments" tab and enter the amount of items you wish to purchase. The system will automatically calculate the combined shipping costs for you.
Q: What can I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you receive product that appears to be different from what is printed on your invoice, please message us through Ebay with the following information:

Your order will receive prompt attention, and SCUFZ will make every effort to expedite the handling of your miss shipped package
Q: What can I do if I receive a defective product?
A: If you feel that the product has a manufacturing defect, please message us through Ebay.

Explain the defect to your customer service representative (they will determine whether or not it qualifies as a defect).
•
Obtain RMA number from customer service representative, and follow the return instructions.
Once your package has been returned to us, our returns department will inspect the product and determine whether or not it qualifies as manufactured defective product. If it does, we will promptly take action to replace the item.
Q: What can I do if there's a missing item in my order?
A: If an item that was ordered appears missing from your package, please message us through Ebay. We will then begin an investigation by comparing shipped weight and do an inventory match. If the item was not shipped to you, we will send a replacement using the shipping method from the original order.
If the item was shipped and lost in transit we will begin a UPS claim for you. UPS requires that we ask our customers to hold onto the original box that the rest of order arrived in for 10 days after the claim has been placed.

Return Policy
We allow our customers to return their items within 30 days of the product receipt for a refund or an exchange for defective items. Please make sure to check all your items for defects before use.  Items cannot be returned in used condition. Once a skateboard has been assembled, its parts cannot be returned or exchanged.  To initiate a return, you need to get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) by contacting us through e-mail or phone. All products being returned need to be in new and unused condition to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued if a product is returned without authorization. Your refund does not include shipping charges. Returned and exchanged merchandise will be subject to a 25% restocking fee for the free shipping items. Customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs for returning their item.
All returned items must be unused, in new condition.
No returns accepted on International orders, unless product defective.
NO Skateboard deck is completely guaranteed. Once the deck has been installed, used, or griptaped, it cannot be returned or refunded.
The following situations are not accepted for return.

We ship our products around the world, with shipping costs varying from country to country.
International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail
