Returns
We allow our customers to return their items within 30 days of the product receipt for a refund or an exchange for defective items. Please make sure to all your items for defects before use. Items cannot be returned in used condition. Once a skateboard has been assembled, its parts cannot be returned or exchanged. To initiate a return, you need to get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) by contacting us through e- or phone. All products being returned need to be in new and unused condition to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued if a product is returned without authorization. Your refund does not include shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs for returning their item. No returns accepted on International orders, unless product defective. NO Skateboard deck is completely guaranteed. Once the deck has been installed, used, or griptaped, it cannot be returned or refunded. Only the following situations are accepted for return: No other warranty is expressed or implied. 1.
