The Wrench is Ready for Show, Display or Use
The wrench was recently obtained from a sale, exact era unknown.
I believe this wrench was a part of the original Willys MB and Ford GP / GPW military Jeep tool kits, and may have been used for other military as the 2 1/2 ton CCKW & DUKW, and the WC series.
This
is wrench is the Gov. stock number 41-W-1012-5, and the same as the Willys number A-600, and the Ford GP-17047.
The wrench is stamped on one side in the middle
BARCALO-BUFFALO-USA-
., and on the end is 731A, the other side has on one end is
3/4
and the other end
7/8.
The wrench is approx. 9 1/4" long.
The Wrench is in good condition
, and has been cleaned and rub coated with black semi-gloss paint for protection. As with the vintage of the wrench, there are some scratches, dings and some discoloration, as noted from the photos.
