Return policy: We accept returns as long as item is returned in original condition. Also buyer pays returned shipping. We strive to do our best to satisfy customers, so if you're not happy with your purchase please contact us and let us try to work it out before leaving negative feedback.
If you are an international buyer, please contact first for a shipping quote before purchasing so as to avoid having to cancel the transaction because of deciding you don't want it anymore due to shipping being too high after the invoice has been sent.
Please note that my shipping chargers are based on weight and package size that are calculated by the shipping calculator. I do NOT add excessive handling fees, only .00 to cover packaging and/or tracking costs. If you think a price is high, please contact me before purchasing and before leaving a low rating for high shipping, so I can see if I ship at a lower price.  I will try to work with you. If I can find a cheaper way to ship it I will try, but I can't control the prices the Post Office charges, so please consider that when leaving your feedback.

UPDATE:
I do accept returns, but due to the high cost of shipping I will now only be refunding the original price of the item, NOT including original shipping, unless I grievously misrepresented the item or there is an extenuating circumstance that the buyer first contacts me about. Also, buyer pays return shipping costs.  Refunds will be issued when an item is returned in its original condition as soon as the item is received and inspected. I do try to work with my customers, so please contact me if you are unhappy with your item and we will try to work it out. Thank you.
If you are in anyway unhappy with your item or if there is a problem, if it has not arrived yet, or any kind of issue PLEASE contact me first before opening a case or leaving negative feedback. I will work with you and try to right it.  I cannot help if I don't know there is a problem, and once a case is opened or negative feedback is left it makes it much more difficult to fix things.
