    You are looking at a vintage seltzer bottle. I found a similar one on eBay and copied the information. I am not sure it is a Sparklets brand or that it was made in Czech. It is about 13” tall with the container being 4” in diameter. The lever works. I do not have any cartridges to power it. There are 5 envelopes of safety discs.
