Vintage Circa 1960's  SODA KING SYPHON Sparkling Seltzer Water Model 7 and NOS 10 pack of super chargers
The bottle has some paint loss and wear.  This was tested and in working condition.  The chargers are dated 1974 so not sure how long those are supposed to last, they are unopened.
