Vintage Royal Chelsea Demitasse Cup
I am pleased to offer for your consideration a vintage Royal Chelsea Porcelain, Longton, Staffordshire, England fine bone china footed demitasse cup in excellent condition, free of chips, cracks and repairs.
Measuring approximately 2-3/8" tall with a top diameter of approximately 2-1/2", this replacement demitasse cup has rich coloring on its emerald green graphics of a courting couple (Colonial? Victorian?) in the countryside against a pristine white background; burnished gold upper and lower rim banding as well as gold accented ornate handle. Stamped with one of the backstamps used ca. 1943-1961  Royal Chelsea  MADE IN ENGLAND  FINE BONE CHINA 439A
