This beverage dispenser is made by Sparklet Device in the 1950's.
It has 3 pieces (base, top and straw) plus instruction booklet.
The booklet has a storage odor and will be in a plastic bag sealed.
Great display piece or use.
In good condition with no dents however paint wear on red top.
Ready to display or use.
