This listing is for your choice of ONE vaccination card holder and coordinating snap tab key fob.
Each cardholder/protective sleeve measures approx. 4" x 5". Each sleeve will come with an attached split key ring and small swivel clasp, as pictured. They are made with a sturdy vinyl and have a clear vinyl window to easily slip your vaccination card in. The snap tab is also made of sturdy vinyl and will be the same color as the holder you choose. It will have the swivel clasp, as pictured. The solid gray will come with a solid gray snap tab - not pictured. The snap tabs measure approx. 2" x 3" without the tab.
These will hold the standard US issued 3" x 4" vaccination record cards. Please check to make sure this size will work for you, as some might be slightly larger.
