    Food Requisition Form File from the
    S. S. UNITED STATES for Voyage #261 dated December 24, 1963 - January 5, 1964.  The file measures approximately 8 1/2" W x 14" H
    and is in very good condition except for some slight wear on cover (please see photo).
    I personally purchased these from the ship in Norfolk, VA when her contents were being sold off in the 1980s.
