RARE Antique vintage pre 1920s WM J Murdock crystal radio old receiver set ham

For auction is an antique, early pre 1920s WM. J. Murdock crystal radio receiver set. Item being sold as found and has not been cleaned, cleaning will be left to the winning bidder if they choose to do so. Item is from a smoke free home. Please see all pictures as they are part of this description. Item is in excellent condition considering it's age, but does show some areas with light wear/age. Both knobs are matching and appear to be original. Both knobs do function and slide correctly both ways when in use. All metal knurled parts also appear to be original. All parts are intact as shown. The original base is also intact with no cracking and/or chipping. Please view last picture to note the underside of this item and the length of this item as well. Please see pictures two and four which portray item's original and engraved Murdock markings. Please review picture six and note that the needle part does not appear to be original. This item may be missing parts and/or include parts that are not original. However, it is evident that this item was well care for over the years. Item is free from any loose particles. Item is being sold exactly as it was found and has not been tested. A very nice, early crystal radio receiver by WM. J. Murdock which has much potential to make a top notch addition to your early crystal radio collection. Only the antique, early pre 1920s WM. J.
