Please pick up your package at post office / DHL or arrange for redelivery when you miss delivery or the package is held at post office.
When you miss delivery to sign for, the package would be held at post office. Then please go to post office or DHL to collect your package as soon as possible or arrange for redelivery. For Express international shipping, We started using DHL shipping to USA and some countries. There is no delay by DHL Express to USA.
Actual shipping & handling fee (Registered mail fee) is included to the item price, so Actual shipping fee (Japan Post postage and shipping material fee/handling fee) is different from this item S&H fee. Actual shipping & Handling fee is non-refundable. In case the package is returned to me, there is 17% restocking fee.
The package would be held at post office when no one is there to sign for on delivery. If you cannot go to post office to collect your item, please refrain from buying from me.
