Description
This OBD2 Plug interface changes factory settings of the DynamicSelect switch from "Default C" the the last selected mode. At US and Canada cars every time you start an engine Dynamic Select goes to C=Comfort mode and you have to switch is manually every time. Our module will permanently change this settings the way, that selected mode will be stored till you lock the car and leave it locked for 4 hours. Next day you will need to select DS again. No way to have DS selection permanent
Tested to work with USA, Canada, Australian, European and Japan version of Mercedeses
Our interface is an OBD2 pluig, no retrofit necessary
- see picture. Only plug to diagnostics OBD2 port and wait messages on a COMAND display, after message "ECO if OFF" just remove module till you need it next time to turn VIM OFF or ON

This interface will work for the following Mercedes COMAND radio/navigation system:
E-Class - W213 as of 04/2016 except 63AMG
E-Coupe - C238 as of 07/2017 except 63AMG
C-Class - W205 all
GLC-Class - X253 all
may not work at some cars, send your car VIN number to double check compatibility
Function
how to use your ECO off OBD2 module:
turn key position 2 = ACC On (or press keyless go button twice but do not start engine)
wait till audio head unit will be totally booted (about 30 seconds)
plug module to OBD2 port (16-pin diagnistics port under the steering wheel)
observe audio head unit screen for messages
wait till module inform you that "Succesful, 4h mode"
remove module from diagnostic socket Or you can leave it plugged
To turn Dynamic Select to the factory settings you have to plug module one more time - and it will revert your car to the factory state. You can do On/OFF as many times as you need
Important: m
odule will work only at the car where it was used first. Not possible to activate different car when it was used even ones,as module will be "married" with the car after the first use
