KM 39, seven year type, issued during the reign of King George VI, during World War II.  Quarter dollar size silver coin, with a ram on the reverse.
This coin was minted at the San Francisco Mint.
PCGS has established a Registry Set for foreign coins struck at U. S. Mints prior to 1964.
