There are a couple different options for repairs.
The standard v2 RLOD repair
This service includes balancing of individual cells and a reset of flash memory (to clear RLOD).
Note: There is a chance that RLOD can return if cells experience a future unbalancing. You will receive 50% off of future RLOD, if it occurs on the same battery within 6 months of the warranty expiration date.
Once received repairs take at least 15 days, this estimate is based on the average time but your time may vary based on number of batteries in the queue.
The true permanent fix for RLOD
This will include all of the steps from the standard fix plus what is listed below.
This fix requires the installation of an AMNESIA mod chip. This will offer a permanent fix with the ability to clear future RLOD, and frozen batteries with the push and hold of the power button.
The turn around of this repair is up to 30 days (half of the time is the procurement of the AMNESIA MOD CHIP from the supplier).
**Each service will come with a detailed status report and a 90 day warranty.
Once repaired, this battery will need to stay on the charger for up to 3 weeks to ensure full balancing of all cells. This will also be communicated on the report your receive. Failure to do this step will result in a voided warranty as well as another Potential RLOD, especially on the OG Fix.
