This seltzer topper would be a beautiful addition to any collection or decor.
This came from a man’s seltzer business who lived in the Hungary / Austria / Czechoslovakia / Serbia area. Most of these are marked from Serbia.
He came to the US over 50 years ago and brought his bottles and equipment with him.
These are commonly called “dragon/serpent siphons.”

one serpent headed topper
which is believed to be either lead or pewter.
The topper is engraved, we are unable to
make
it out clearly but we think it reads
“P..AP OKA
”.
These siphon spouts DO WORK and dispense liquid, but they only work with carbonated liquid like seltzer.
