Souvenir of the Capitol Building in Washington DC may be brass, but I don't know. It measures 5" by 3 1/4". It has Made in Japan on the back and has been around for a while. It is non magnetic and is very heavy. It has the look of old brass on the front and like copper on the back. It's a little battered, one side is bent up a little, little tarnish on the front.<br>Please read everything, it's important. Then you know exactly what you're bidding on and what my policies are.
